It's Belle to the Rescue. Belle is part of the Sodor Search and Rescue team who can be found at the fire station. Turn the knob at the fire station to open the door for Belle to race out to the Rescue. Press the red button and you will hear the sounds of the firestation and the light turns red to let everyone know he is on the way.
