• Excluding Holidays and weekends (When calculating transit days before 5pm ET, do not count that day. Orders after 5pm ET, do not count the following Biz day)

Shipping Methods - We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs

• $5 Shipping on all orders or Free Shipping on orders over $59. Your order will ship either UPS or USPS with this option.


• You may have the choice of either UPS or USPS to ship your package dependent upon your area and the size/weight of the package. Some methods may not be available to all areas. The transit times are as estimated by carrier. Below are examples:

• USPS
• First Class Mail: 3-5 Business Days
• Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days
• Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days
• UPS
• Ground: 2-5 Business Days
• 3 Day Select: 3 Business Days
• 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
• Next Day Air Saver: Next Business Day by End of Day
• Next Day Air: Next Business Day by 10:30AM

International

• Currently RailwayToys only ships to Canada and the United States


• If you are ordering from Canada please allow additional time for your order to get through customs. RailwayToys is not responsible for any taxes or dues that may be associated with the shipment.

APO/FPO

• RailwayToys will ship to most Armed Forces addresses. These shipments are usually sent USPS, and cannot be shipped with Express mail. RailwayToys has no control over transit times for these orders due to their customs and military mail procedures.

Tracking

• RailwayToys sends all shipments out with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number.


• RailwayToys does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier.


• Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.

Transit Time Examples - Saturdays, Sundays and all Government holidays are not counted as Business Days

• Orders on Monday, before 5pm ET, with $5 Shipping count 5-7 business days, excluding day of shipment, would have an estimated arrival of the following Monday-Wednesday.


• Orders on Monday, after 5pm ET, with $5 Shipping count 5-7 business days, excluding day of shipment (Tuesday), would have an estimated arrival of the following Tuesday-Thursday.


• Orders on Monday, before 5pm ET, with First Class Mail, excluding day of shipment, would have an estimated arrival of Thursday through Monday.


• Orders on Monday, after 5pm ET, with First Class Mail, excluding day of shipment (Tuesday), would have an estimated arrival of Friday through Tuesday.


• Orders on Friday, before 5pm ET, with Priority Mail, excluding day of shipment, would have an estimated arrival of the following Tuesday through Wednesday.


• Orders on Friday, after 5pm ET, with First Class Mail, excluding day of shipment (Friday), would have an estimated arrival of the following Thursday through Monday.


• Orders on Saturday or Sunday, before or after 5pm ET, with UPS Ground, excluding day of shipment (Monday), would have an estimated arrival of Wednesday through Monday.


• Orders Monday, before 5pm ET, with Express Mail, excluding day of shipment, would have an estimated arrival of Tuesday or Wednesday.


• Orders on Monday, after 5pm ET, with UPS Next Day Air Saver, excluding day of shipment (Tuesday), would have an estimated arrival of Wednesday by End of Day.
